TracePlus/Web Detective (eBusiness Edition) is a performance analysis and diagnostic tool specifically designed for Web development. Analyze the HTTP and RTSP protocols used by an application and provides performance and diagnostic information. Understands SOAP, WebDAV, DASL, and Delta-V protocols. View complete object request and response headers. Supports communications via Java applets, Javascript, and VBScript. Microsecond timing accuracy. Graphical comparison of server load and response time. Graphical comparison of object sizes and download times. Measures connect time from application to server. Measures DNS lookup times.
WEB DETECTIVE COMPANY: If at any time Subscriber is unsatisfied with the product or service provided, it is Subscriber’s responsibility to notify Company to allow Company to rectify any problems or to cancel the Subscription. A membership that is still within the given trial period may be refunded to the client in the case where the Web Detective Pro service malfunctions, is not accessible to the client, or the client is unsatisfied with the service. As the Subscription is provided on a month-to-month basis, it is Subscriber’s responsibility to notify Company prior to payment of monthly fees. Payment of ongoing monthly fees signifies Subscriber’s satisfaction with the Subscription, previous months billing, and all products and services provided to that point.
USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION - Personal Information may be used by us for the following purposes:
Providing you with the Razoreye Media Services and information you have requested from us, including your use of the Razoreye Media Sites. We may from time to time use your Personal Information to contact you about changes, enhancements or similar notices related to the Razoreye Media Services;
From time to time Company may also choose to offer a special Privacy Chest subscription bonus on the Web Detective order page(s) for qualified subscribers. These are limited time offerings and may or may not be available to all Subscribers. The Privacy Chest Special Bonus, if selected, is also a recurring membership format. Clients are given a full month free trial and can cancel at any time within the given trial period, otherwise a monthly fee of $38.83 will be incurred for each membership month thereafter. Subscriber can easily cancel a Privacy Chest membership by calling 1-888-432-4378 (1-88-TheChest) between the regular business hours of 8am EST and 7pm EST, Monday through Friday. Subscriber must provide Company a minimum of two (2) days (48 hours) prior to a reoccurring charge date to process any request to cancel a monthly reoccurring charge. If a cancellation request is received with the above noted minimum 48 hours notice, Company will stop the monthly billing immediately; however, you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of your current month's paid membership fee. Any charge backs or disputes that do not comply with this cancellation policy will be aggressively pursued.
